On the balcony of the Capitol View, Monica and Rashad exchanged vows in front of friends and family in a classic DC wedding overlooking the capitol.  Monica was a beautiful bride both inside and out.  She wore her down in soft beautiful curls and dazzled in a form fitting wedding gown.  Charming, funny and confident.  As soon as you meet Rashad, you know for sure that he is the life of the party.  Their ceremony was sweet with touches of humor and the reception erupted into an electric dance party overlooking DC.  From top 40, go-go, hip-hop, old school r&b and even a little reggae it was a nonstop party.  The reception was so live, it took a little coaxing from me to get a couple minutes for night time photos - so props to the DJ!
